• The conference will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, in the Carl Grant Events Center on the campus of Union University.
• The cost of the booth is $150, and your organization will be listed in the conference notebook. Early bird rate of $100 if you register by 3/31/2025!
  
• Your table will be 6 feet long.
  
• In addition to the morning registration time, there are extended break periods provided in the morning and following lunch to allow time for our attendees to visit all the exhibitors.
  
• You are encouraged to provide a door prize and collect business cards from attendees. You will have an opportunity to present your door prize during the lunch. Exhibitors are not eligible to win door prizes.
  
• Lunch will be provided and all exhibitors are invited to attend. Booth fee includes two lunch tickets.
  
• Additional lunch tickets are available at $20.00 each.
  
• Set-up is at 7:30 a.m. and exhibitors may leave at 1:30 p.m. after the lunch break. (Exhibitors may also set up on Wednesday afternoon beginning at 3:00 p.m.)
  
• Wi-Fi internet capability is available at the Center.
  
• You are encouraged to bring signage, backdrop, and decorations. We are giving prizes for the best decorated booths. We are using a “tropical luau” theme for this conference.
  
• If you wish to also attend the conference sessions, you will also need to register as a participant and pay the conference fee.
