The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetic information.
Join us as we discuss more about the EEOC, its authority, the role it plays in the workforce, and new updates that HR professionals should be aware of.
