Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR
Progress in artificial intelligence (AI) technology has remade the Human Resources department, enabling HR professionals to leverage machine learning and algorithms to streamline work processes, reduce their biases, and enhance their analysis and decision-making.
While AI offers numerous benefits to HR functions, its implementation also raises both legal and ethical considerations. This session will look at these. HR professionals must ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability in the use of AI to avoid reinforcing biases and maintaining employee trust. Additionally, organizations need to invest in training employees to effectively utilize AI tools and mitigate concerns related to job displacement. Overall, AI has the potential to revolutionize HR practices, enabling professionals to make data-driven decisions and enhance organizational performance.
