Effective Performance Management

Join us for a review of best practices in managing the performance of employees. Participants will explore:

Creative ideas for encouraging and recognizing good performance.
Strategies for addressing performance that does not meet expectations.
Guidelines for effective documenting performance plans and corrective actions to withstand legal challenges.

This "nuts and bolts" presentation would be a great session to invite a key manager in your organization to attend with you.

Union University

Dr. Carbonell has been in human resources management for over 30 years, in both the public and private sector. He is currently the Associate Vice President for Human Resources at Union University. Additionally, John teaches in the BSOL and MBA programs at Union. John has his Doctor of Education and Master of Business of Administration from Union and completed his undergraduate degree Florida State University. John is currently the President of WTSHRM.
