Chapter Sponsorship Opportunities

If you are looking for an excellent opportunity to market your products and services to HR Professionals, search no further than your local Society for Human Resource Management chapter! We are currently seeking businesses desiring more visibility with the HR community in the West Tennessee area. Please consider one of the following sponsorship opportunities:

CHAPTER MEETING - $200

Consider sponsoring a WTSHRM monthly chapter meeting. Meetings are usually held the third Tuesday of every month and are attended by local area business professionals in the HR field. You do not have to be a member of the chapter to participate. Basic Sponsorship includes:   

• Recognition on Monthly Meeting or event announcements on our website.
  
• Five-minute speaking opportunity at Chapter Meeting.
  
• Table at entrance of meeting room for displaying company information.
  
• Opportunity to place your company marketing materials at each dining table.
  
• Opportunity to provide a door prize and collect business cards from attendees (optional).
  
• Lunch for two representatives from your company during the meeting.
  
• Company name/logo to appear on the WTSHRM website for 6 months with link to your company website.
  

WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT - $50

• Company name/logo to appear on the WTSHRM website for 6 months with link to your company website.
  

HR EDUCATION CONFERENCE LUNCHEON- $550

Our one-day conferences are typically held in the Fall (November) and Spring (May) are attended by 100 - 125 local area business professionals in the Human Resources field. Conference Lunch Sponsorship includes:

• Recognition on event announcements on our website, and promotional materials.
  
• Exhibitor Table near meeting room for displaying your organization’s information and networking with attendees throughout the conference ($150 value).
  
• Five-minute speaking opportunity during the lunch program.
  
• Opportunity to place your company marketing materials in attendee’s conference packet or at each place setting.
  
• Opportunity to provide a door prize and collect business cards from attendees (optional).
  
• Company name/logo to appear on the WTSHRM website section related to this event with link to company website.
• Two lunches.

HR EDUCATION CONFERENCE BREAKFAST - $300

Conference Breakfast Sponsor includes:

• Large sign above the breakfast serving table.
  
• Notice on the printed agenda, included in the participants' conference binder.
  
• Acknowledgement during the Welcome segment.
  
• Opportunity to place a brochure or marketing item at each participant's place prior to the start of the event.
  
• An exhibitor table (a $150 value).
  
• Two lunches.
