TOPIC:   What To Expect When Your Employee is Expecting  

 

SUMMARY:     Join us for an ultrasound view of a look at various state and federal laws about pregnancy and childbirth. We’ll break down key compliance obligations, reasonable accommodations, and leave and lactation rights under federal and state law. You’ll leave with practical guidance for updating policies, training managers, and handling pregnancy-related requests to support employees and reduce legal risk.
