Cancellation Policy:
You may substitute another colleague or associate if you are unable to attend by emailing Loni Mantooth, Treasurer, at lmantooth@jacksonrad.com, 2 days prior to the chapter meeting. However, we can only offer cancellations and a full refund if you let us know at least 7 days prior to the meeting as indicated above. After that date, we are committed, and so are you. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including unforeseen emergencies. After that date, we have committed to printing, catering, and other expenses. You should also be aware that the program agenda and scheduled speakers are subject to change without notice.
