De-escalating Employees in Crisis
Based on the Memphis Crisis Intervention Training (CIT), this model focuses on equipping managers with effective strategies to address and manage employees in crisis situations. The techniques presented will help HR staff prevent conflict, reduce stress, and promote a calm and safe resolution when employees experience emotional, psychological or behavioral crises.
