Join us for an informative day where we will delve into critical issues facing human resources, including:
- Competitive Advantage: Recruitment and Selection – Review all the legal aspects of the hiring process, from posting the position to making the job offer and everything in between.
- Winning the FMLA Race – Learn how to engage in an interactive process with eligible employees seeking unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons.
- New Challenges for Employee Engagement and Retention – Join a panel discussion about effective strategies for engaging and retaining employees in a post-pandemic environment.
- Collecting Medals: Case Studies – An interactive discussion of recent employment law cases and the application of relevant concepts and HR strategies.
