This presentation equips leaders and managers with the tools and strategies to effectively manage and coach employee performance. Attendees will:

By the end of this session, participants will have a clear framework for integrating coaching habits into their leadership style, enabling them to build stronger, more motivated teams while achieving organizational goals.
