Diversity in the Workplace


Join us for an informative session where participants will explore challenges and opportunities related to diversity in the workplace.  Topics will include:

 

  • How personal and group social identities of leaders and employees inform workplace culture
  • Challenges and opportunities that workplace diversity present to organizations
  • Strategies for shaping workplace culture that values diversity and maximizes the benefits to the organization
