This conference exhibition provides a showcase for organizations providing Human Resources-related benefits and services. Human Resources professionals from the West Tennessee region are invited to attend this conference. Based on previous conference attendance, we estimate over 115 attendees to this conference!

Details:
  • The conference will be held on Tuesday, November 5th in the Carl Grant Events Center on the campus of Union University.
  • The cost of the booth is $200, and your organization will be listed in the conference notebook.
  • Your table will be 6 feet long. Tablecloth rental (white) is available for $5.
  • In addition to the morning registration time, there are extended break periods provided in the morning and following lunch to allow time for our attendees to visit all the exhibitors.
  • We encourage you to provide a door prize and collect business cards from attendees. You will have an opportunity to present your door prize during the lunch. Exhibitors are not eligible to win door prizes.
  • Lunch will be provided and all exhibitors are invited to attend. Booth fee includes two lunch tickets.
  • Additional lunch tickets are available at $15.00 each.
  • Set-up is at 7:00 a.m. and exhibitors may leave at 1:30 p.m. after the lunch break. (Exhibitors may also set up on Monday afternoon, November 4, beginning at 3:00 p.m.)
  • Wi-Fi internet capability is available at the Center.
  • You are encouraged to bring signage, backdrop, and decorations. We are giving prizes for the best decorated booths. We are using an “superhero” theme for this conference.
  • If you wish to also attend the conference sessions, you will also need to register as a participant and pay the conference fee.
  • Please complete the booth registration form.
The registration deadline is Monday, October 28th or until all booths are reserved. Register early as space is limited!

Please Note: Beginning October 11, our site will be able to process credit card payments.
